David Dallas is a New Zealand rapper, with The Rose Tint being my favourite album. When designing for this project, I decided to base my visual style on the sound and content of the album - nostalgic memories and lots of retro, old school sounds and videos. I decided to create a pattern that was based on a kaleidoscope, that gives off retro vibes like the sound of the album. Deliverables were a vinyl album cover, the vinyl stickers and lyric sheets that slipped into the cover.
